Senior Litigation Attorney — Intellectual Property Focus

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team. This role will focus primarily on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation in federal court.
Who You Are:
You’re a seasoned litigator with 7–10 years of experience and a strong understanding in intellectual property law. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a proactive mindset to your work, and are passionate about helping clients protect what they’ve built.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead counsel on IP litigation cases
- Mentor and support junior attorneys
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs
- Develop and execute litigation strategies in coordination with colleagues and clients
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Analyze legal issues and conduct high-level legal research
- Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, and courts
- Maintain organized case files and timelines
- Represent clients in trial when necessary
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; admission to the Nevada bar is a plus
- Strong knowledge of U.S. patent, trademark, and copyright law
- Significant litigation experience; trial experience is a strong advantage
- Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload
- A collaborative spirit and a “can-do” attitude
- Genuine passion for client service and intellectual property law

PAY RANGE: $120,000 - $160,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
